Awkwafina

Awkwafina was initially an American performer and rapper, performing sly tunes that dealt with topics like racial or sexual identity with a comedic twist. In the years before she stepped into Hollywood the singer had the opportunity to release a number of songs. The actress was born Nora Lum to Chinese and Korean immigrants in Forest Hills Queens her first encounter with the world of music was via trumpet. In the following years, she took up hip-hop and classical training. In the end, she focused on her education. she earned the degree of journalist in the college as well as a women's studies major. Following graduation, she decided to focus on music. Her song My Vag which was her response to the Mickey Avalon song My Dick, became a huge hit across the Internet and eventually appeared on her first LP Yellow Ranger. On the album, there also were viral songs like Queef (body-positive) and NYC Bitche$. The final track was connected directly to Awkwafina's NYC travel guide, released in the year 2015. Alongside having published a book as well, she also worked singing. Alongside early TV shows like Girl Code and Tawk she was also in films like Neighbors 2. Storks and Bad Rap. The actress made headlines in 2018 with a few high profile films, including Dude Ocean's 8 as well as Crazy Rich Asians. The EP came out in June.
