Jill Hennessy
Her multi-ethnic heritage includes Irish, Italians, Swedishs, Frenchs, and Ukrainians. Her twin sister, Jacqueline, is also an actress. Jill was proficient in a variety of languages as she grew up. It include Italian, French, and Spanish. She began her journey into the world of acting when she was twelve. Her career as an actor began in Toronto where she was an actress in David Cronenberg's Dead Ringers, along with her sister. She then studied improv-comedy at Second City with Deb Kimmet. When she moved to New York, Claire signed a contract for two years to join Law & Order to be the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid. The actress also appeared in films like RoboCop 3 (1998), Ron Howard's The Paper (2000) and I Shot Andy Warhol 1996) throughout her three-year period. She worked in a few uninteresting films in the next months, and then landed her a leading role in the miniseries uremberg together with Alec Baldwin. Autumn in New York followed with Exit Wounds. She landed a lead role on NBC's crime show Crossing Jordan. And in 2007, for her contribution to the series she was honored with a Gracie Allen as the "Outstanding Female Lead in a Drama Series". She married another actor, Paolo Mastropietro in 2000. The couple has two kids together. In 2007 she was inducted into the Canadian Walk of Fame.
