Emily VanCamp

Emily VanCamp, a Canadian actor from Canada. Emily VanCamp first came to prominence for her work with director Greg Berlanti, who cast the actress as a series regular on The WB Drama Everwood (2002-2006) and the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters (2007-2010). VanCamp became more famous after playing the lead character of Emily Thorne on the ABC series Revenge from 2011 until 2015. VanCamp was the main character on the Fox Medical drama The Resident between 2018 and 2021. In addition, she played Sharon Carter/ Agent 13/ Power Broker within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is the case with Marvel's films Captain America The Winter Soldier and Captain America Civil War as along with The Disney+ shows The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and The What If ...? to 2021. VanCamp discovered her passion for acting in 1998 after she visited her sibling Katie on in the Ladies Room set. Her acting classes began during the weekend afternoons. When she found an agent and began working on some commercials, VanCamp was chosen to play the second half of a three-part special episode of Canadian TV's horror anthology, Are You Afraid Of The Dark? called "The Silver Sight" In the show, VanCamp acted opposite 17-year-old Elisha Cuthbert.
